1. Data collected

When you request a Starter Kit, we process your email address, your learning preferences and answers, your selected locale, a delivery token, and technical request data used to prevent abuse.

When you book a coaching session, Cal.com and Stripe process booking, contact, scheduling, and payment information under their own policies. We receive the information needed to provide and support the session.

We may also receive messages you send directly to us.

2. Why we use data

We use Starter Kit and booking data to provide the requested service, communicate about that service, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve support requests.

We rely on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract for service delivery. We rely on legitimate interests for security and abuse prevention. We request consent where it is legally required, including for nonessential cookies or separate marketing messages.

3. Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the site and process Starter Kit requests, Resend to deliver Starter Kit emails, Cal.com for scheduling, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers according to their own terms and privacy information.

4. Retention

Starter Kit access tokens and related access records expire after 90 days.

Booking and payment records are kept by Cal.com and Stripe under their own policies.

Support emails are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up.

Abuse prevention rate limit data is kept briefly, typically for about 60 seconds.

5. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
